Libello adapts to real-world conditions: fill out and sign your forms online, pre-filled from the record, or scan any other document.

Online forms, pre-filled and signed. Many documents are PDF forms you fill out directly in Libello, such as the NID-ÉP, IGT or CIWA-Ar. They are pre-filled with the relevant data from the record, then signed on screen with an electronic handwritten signature, by staff and patients alike.

All your documents, in the right place. Easily upload documents regardless of their origin. With integrated scanning, there’s no need for multiple manipulations or scattered files lying around on computers.

Effortless tracking. Instantly see missing documents with a smart list organized by category (administrative, clinical, medical). Add ad hoc documents anytime, with no limits.

Add context, ensure integrity. Attach an explanatory note to each document or indicate why a document cannot be provided. All additions, deletions, and versions are digitally signed, ensuring traceability and document integrity.

Co-signature and versioning included. Just like notes, documents can be co-signed and updated transparently. Preview, open, print, or download documents with ease.

Your data, your control. Libello is not a closed system: the data belongs to the patient, and you manage it. Generate full or partial digital copies, including specific stays or complete history.

Tailored sharing. Select the notes and documents to include based on the requester’s needs. Add the summary of professionals who accessed the file for full transparency.

Authenticated and ready to share. Each copy is digitally certified to ensure its integrity. It can be easily shared with the patient or authorized external professionals—even if they don’t use Libello.
